In the Cuba Free you show directly in any of the hotels related in the listing and he/she will receive the lodging whenever availability exists. It can also be aided with the Office of Cubatur in the territory to negotiate the lodging, without additional cost.

In this modality that doesn't have reserved the lodging previously, if you want to lodge in another hotel of superior category, not related in the listing, you can go to the Office of Cubatur in the territory and pay an additional supplement for the difference of category and you will be able to acquire the reservation.

It is a product that makes yourself to travel the Island freely without formalities driving an automobile, with the possibility of choosing any of the hotels related in the listing, to spend the night, as well as the places of interest to visit.

Very important when requesting the reservations to send the following information:
1. Names and Last names of the car’s driver
2. Date, time and place of the pick up of the car. (at Havana, Varadero, Holguín or Santiago)
3. Dates, tour and place of the drop off of the car. (at Havana, Varadero, Holguín or Santiago)

For receiving the service: An assistant of Cubatur will welcome to the country in the arrival airport or it will contact the client in the hotel. Immediately he/she will receive the information and the whole documentation of the program to carry out with all the indications and he/she will be given the Multiple Vouchers (BM) necessary with which he/she will be able to acquire the lodging service in the hotels related in the listing of the Drive in Cuba in correspondence with the quantity of requested stay nights. Subsequently he/she will take charge of the tramits and collection of the car.

The Assistant of Cubatur will also give the discount vouchers for the services that you acquire in the facilities that are related in enclosed listing, belonging to the different Suppliers that lend extrahotel services in the country.

To facilitate the driving through the roads, he/she will be given a "Guide of Roads" with the map of Cuba and the chart of distances among the main points, the location of the hotels, gas stations, restaurants, cafeterias, airports and places of interest.

He/she will also receive a pamphlet that contains the whole necessary useful information that you need where the addresses of the Offices of Cubatur are indicated from, where you will be able to arrive to receive assistance and information in case it was necessary, the listing of Hotels included in the offer, the installations that accept the discount vouchers, localization of the main gas stations, localization of the services for technical support, the international clinics, places of interest as well as other useful advice.

The assistant of Cubatur that assists the client will be the in charge of facilitating all the steps and to offer the necessary advice for the signature of the contract of car rental.

During the Journey: To stay you should go to the reception of the hotels that appear related in the listing and to present, if it is the modality Cuba Route, the document with the confirmation of the reservation of the room, in the case of the modality Cuba Free, it should be requested, at the moment, the confirmation of the room, once confirmed, the corresponding BM must be given for the night of lodging.

To guarantee and to assure the lodging it is recommended, whenever it is possible, to make a telephone call to the hotel to confirm it. The office of Cubatur in the territory where the hotel is located, will help the client, without additional cost.

In high & peak season, it is recommended to make the reservations in advance to have guaranteed their lodging in the wanted hotel.

When concluding the program, the client will be able to drop off the car in any of the rental agencies in the main cities and airports, to be specified in the moment to make the reservation of the program. Specified to him when he/she signs the contract later on.

To receive the assistance and necessary information, don't doubt it, upon the arrival to each territory presents yourself in the office of Cubatur or in the buroes of assistance of Cubatur in the hotels, there the experts of the Cuban tourist product will welcome he/she as anybody, willing to provide what you require with the custom-made attention that deserves as client of Cubatur.


Important: The suggestions and conditions settled down by the rental companies are related next, they are only the most important and they are of informative character. MarySol S.A. doesn't take the responsibility with the changes or modifications that, without previous notice, introduce the rental companies. The final information is given when signing the contract of the vehicle directly at the rental office.

1. to read all the clauses of the contract of the car rental attentively.
2. to demand the revision of the car and their accessories when receiving and droping off the vehicle.
3. he/she doesn't give the key from the car to another person.
4. it is not admitted the use of the car for personal unauthorized in the contract.
5. do not drive under the effects of alcohol . Protect your life and the other´s.
6. it is recommended not to travel at night. Be careful because in the rural areas can be animals in the roads.
7. he/she must be careful with the cyclists in the roads. Protect them.
8. keep the car in safe and illuminated places.
9. he/she doesn't leave belongings of value in the car when they are outside of it.
10.only acquire the necessary fuel in the servicentros (gas stations) CUPET and Oro Negro.
11.do not exceed the quantity of passengers settled down for the car.
12.do not drivee when sleepy.
13.we recommend the use of the seat belt, it is obligatory.

Children conditions: One Child up to 12 years old is free sharing the room with two adults.
Lodging: Drive in Cuba offers a modality that is depending on the availability of the hotel when arriving to the reception.
You should go to the reception of the hotels that appear related in the listing and to request, in that moment, the confirmation of the room which will be in dependence to the availability of the installation, once confirmed, the corresponding BM must be given for the night of lodging.
In the event of non availablity, the reception of this installation will negotiate lodging in the next hotel. It can also be aided with the assistant of Cubatur in the desk of assistance of the installation or in the office of Cubatur in the territory.

The travel Agency Cubatur won't make refunds to the clients for concepts of hired services not used in its entirety, neither for the loss of the documents for the lodging and for the rent of the car.

Restoration: Client will be given discount vouchers of 10% for the restaurants of the following companies distributed along the country: Rumbos / Palmares / Habaguanex (Havana)
